HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Regrettably, we are unable to modify your order after it has been submitted. If you have to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please reach out to us at orders@gobiswim.com within 8 hours of your order placement. We won't be able to implement any adjustments past that timeframe.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
GOBI employs various carriers for its orders. Typically, we ship all orders in 3-5 business days. Based on your location, it may take over a week.
There might be occasional delays caused by Customs Clearance procedures that are beyond our control.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. If you have not gotten this email, kindly contact orders@gobiswim.com .
What shipping methods do you offer?
Domestic orders: France with Colissimo or La Poste 2-5 business days
International orders: Hong Kong with SF Express 2-3 business days / DHL Express (2-4 business days)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please refer to the shipping method chosen and allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. Refer to your tracking number received by email.
