Definitely! GOBI operates in France, overseen and directed by Lucie Goberville. Gobi uses Shopify, a security technology that guarantees the secure online transmission of your personal data. We do not keep any credit card information, nor do we disclose your personal details to any third party.

Regrettably, we are unable to modify your order after it has been submitted. If you have to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please reach out to us at orders@gobiswim.com within 8 hours of your order placement. We won't be able to implement any adjustments past that timeframe.

GOBI employs various carriers for its orders. Typically, we ship all orders in 3-5 business days. Based on your location, it may take over a week.

There might be occasional delays caused by Customs Clearance procedures that are beyond our control.

A Pre-order item is one that you request prior to its availability in our inventory.

Duties and taxes are determined by the items purchased, their origin, your delivery location, and the purchase amount, and are included in your shopping cart's total order cost. Duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

The price of the product includes all duties or will be determined at checkout. Taxes will either be incorporated into the product price or calculated independently during checkout. You will include no extra duties or taxes at delivery unless you opt for that.

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days during the regular season. Kindly be aware that during collection launches or sales periods, preparation time may be increased by 3 to 4 days prior to shipping.*

In Mainland France, after our logistician has prepared your order and the carrier has taken charge of it:

- For Colissimo, expect delivery in 3 to 4 business days.

- Chronopost, expect delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
